The Benefits of Exercise
Sep 03, 2024Exercise has been shown to be beneficial in preventing and reversing lifestyle diseases. The American College of Sports Medicine and reliable research studies have shown that a combination of resistance and aerobic training are optimal for weight loss, fat loss, and prevention/reversal of lifestyle diseases.
ACSM's recommended dosing of exercise type and frequency are in line with the Complete Balance PT library of workouts. Though some of the series are still in production, once completed, the programs will provide a diverse selection of traditional workouts, HIIT workouts, Yoga and Meditation.
