I'M DR. KAROLINA
Most would describe me as a mother, wife, and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
I'm a Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. I created this App as a result of my postpartum journey. I recovered my fitness & health postpartum using the exact strategies in this App.
Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the healthful, fulfilling life we deserve.

MY POSTPARTUM JOURNEY & FINDING MY CONFIDENCE AGAIN
I was always healthy & fit, but I felt lost after having my daughter. I was on a barbell program prior to getting pregnant. As a first time mom I didn't realize how much time my daughter would need from me and the programming I had been on before didn't fit with my current lifestyle.
Prior to becoming a physical therapist, I was a personal trainer and I knew that programming preference was important for someone to stick to a program, so I went back to my old faithful training system: the TRX. I did what I could daily and the program actually worked! I felt like I was back, but better than beforehand I was still able to spend time with my daughter.
Life Before My Daughter
I was a competitive figure skater and always lived a very active lifestyle. I was known for being at the gym. During grad school I was either studying or working out. Same thing after graduation. Working out was a huge part of my identity.
My Dilemma
Everything I had done previously required at least an hour or two at the gym. I didn't have time like that anymore. I didn't have a huge support system so my daughter had to be a part of my workouts. I had to restructure my days to accommodate and think strategically.
My Solution
I turned to my TRX and started to do what I could from 10-30 minute workouts. I focused on my diet and made sure I was eating nutrient dense foods. I made my daughter part of my physical activity. Now my biggest motivation is being the example for her!
Helping Others
I have a passion for helping others. It was not difficult to implement changes once I knew what I had to do. You have to change your mindset in order to change your life. I have helped countless women improve their health for the better by thinking strategically and making the most of the time they do have.
